CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

In case you've received a damaged item please send us some photos of the item, shipping label, and the package so we could file a claim with the shipping company for damaging your goods.

How it works

    1. Email support@fuzz.store or fill out this form with your name, order number and a 10 seconds video showing the problem with your product. 
    2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label.
    3. Print the label, attach to the box they were originally sent in (or any similar sized box) and send back to our warehouse.
    4. Drop off at the carrier.

You can expect to receive your refund or new products when the package arrives in our warehouse.
